The conference will begin on Wednesday, July 20th, at 9:00 am, and end on Friday, July 22nd, afternoon. There will be a conference dinner on Thursday, July 21st, at 6:30pm. The conference dinner will be held at the Michelin-rated M.Y. China, owned by Chef Martin Yan. The conference dinner is included in your registration fee. If you want to have an accompanying guest to the conference dinner, you should contact the conference organizers, and a fee will be charged.
