Introduction

NEW: Quantum Interaction 2015 to return to Filzbach, Switzerland. This is a wonderful conference venue: the lecture theatre, meals, and rooms are all on the same site, which made for seamless transitions from conference presentations to meals to ongoing conversations for hours. It is also a stunning setting, which is especially productive for those who are inspired by natural beauty, fresh air and exercise!

Quantum Interaction is an emerging discipline in artificial intelligence combining mathematics, physics, cognitive and computer sciences. Quantum interaction uses insights, techniques, and models developed in quantum physics and applies them in new areas of informatics.

Applications of quantum informatics have so far included organizational dynamics, economics, information retrieval, linguistics, and biomedical informatics.

For more information about progress over recent years, and to get involved in upcoming events and collaborations, see the Conferences page.
